Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

By accessing or using Simpledues, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Simpledues on behalf of a club or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Use of the service

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
  • You must not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt service.
  • You must use the service only for lawful club dues, member charges, and related organization payments.

United States availability

Simpledues is currently offered only to clubs and organizations established and operating in the United States. By creating a club or connecting a Stripe account, you represent that the organization is located in the United States, has a United States banking relationship, and will use Simpledues only in connection with its United States operations.

Simpledues is not intended for organizations established outside the United States or for conducting international or cross-border commerce. An organization may not use the service for non-U.S. operations without Simpledues' prior written approval. We may reject, restrict, or suspend an account if its use falls outside this geographic scope.

Payments and currency

All payments processed through Simpledues are denominated in United States dollars. Simpledues accepts only cards issued by a United States financial institution. Payment cards and transactions that cannot be verified as U.S.-issued may be rejected.

Payments are processed by Stripe for the applicable club or organization. Simpledues does not currently provide local-currency presentment, international payment methods, or services designed to satisfy tax or regulatory obligations outside the United States.

Club responsibilities

  • Clubs are responsible for the accuracy, description, amount, timing, and authorization of their charges.
  • Clubs are responsible for their refund, dispute, tax, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
  • Clubs must obtain any authorization required to store a member's payment method and submit present or future charges.

Member payment authorization

When you save a payment method, you authorize the applicable club to store that payment method through Stripe and use it for the current balance disclosed to you and for future club charges you have approved. Questions about a charge, refund, membership, or dues amount should be directed to the applicable club.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
